Personal Oura Connector

Terms of use

Private personal use

This connector is intended for its operator’s own Oura account and authorized ChatGPT connection. It is not a public health-data service and offers no public enrollment. Use it only with an account and data you are authorized to access.

Read-only access and owner authorization

Oura access uses the official OAuth authorization flow. The connector reads documented Oura API collections and does not change Oura measurements or account records. The owner controls which MCP client receives access and can disconnect or revoke that access.

Keep owner credentials and server secrets private. Do not bypass authorization, attempt to access another person’s account, or use the connector to distribute health data without that person’s permission.

Measurement limits

Available measurements depend on Oura’s reporting, device use, synchronization, permissions, and service availability. Missing data is not a zero. API values may differ from values displayed by the Oura app. Arithmetic summaries are labeled as derived and do not create measurements that Oura did not report.

No medical interpretation

The connector provides health data, not diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or medical conclusions. It is not a medical device. Do not use it as a substitute for professional care or an emergency service.

Connected services

Oura, the hosting service, and ChatGPT/OpenAI have their own terms and policies. This owner-operated project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura or OpenAI. The connector supplements Apple Health; it does not replace that connection.

Availability and access changes

The connector is provided as a personal software project without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or complete measurements. The operator may update, pause, or stop it. To end access, remove the ChatGPT connection, revoke the app in Oura, and erase local credentials as described in the privacy policy.
