This connector gives the account owner direct access to Oura-specific health measurements through the official Oura API and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

What it provides

Readiness, sleep, activity, heart rate, workouts, blood oxygen, tags, and sessions, when Oura reports them. Queries are bounded, units are included, and missing measurements remain missing.

The connector supplements the Apple Health and smart-scale information already connected to ChatGPT. It does not replace Apple Health or retrieve Apple Health data.

Owner-controlled access

The owner links an Oura account using official OAuth authorization and separately authorizes ChatGPT. Account data and MCP tools require authorization; these informational pages are public. There is no public enrollment.

Open owner setup. The MCP endpoint is /mcp.

Designed for private use

Credentials are encrypted at rest. The application does not cache health measurements, log health data or tokens, or use analytics and tracking. It provides measurements and clearly labeled arithmetic summaries, without medical interpretation.
